Prof. Dr. Diana Nur Afifah, S.TP., M.Si. is a distinguished professor in the field of food and nutrition science. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology from Institut Pertanian Bogor, followed by a Master’s Degree in Community Nutrition from Universitas Diponegoro.
She completed her Doctoral Degree in Food Science at Institut Pertanian Bogor, complemented by a sandwich-like international program at Gyeongsang National University, Republic of Korea.
Her academic career includes a Postdoctoral Research Program in 2018 at Gyeongsang National University and a Staff Exchange Program in 2022 at The University of Auckland, New Zealand, reflecting her strong global academic engagement. Prof.
Diana’s primary expertise is Local Food Nutrition Science, with a focus on food-based nutrition solutions rooted in local resources. As a Professor, she actively contributes to research, education, and international academic collaboration in food and nutrition sciences.
